Reiki Training Classes - Schedule for 2012
Reiki I/II Training Class - Friday, January 27, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Coming in Spring: Friday, March 30, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Reiki I/II is the first session for the series of training classes to learn this energy-based system of stress reduction, relaxation and spiritual centering. Learn the history of the Usui Reiki System of healing, how Reiki is used, and the various hand positions needed to give a Reiki treatment on yourself and others. The Reiki I/II attunements will also be given, and each participant will receive a textbook and a certificate. It is recommended that you have at least one individual Reiki session before participating in Reiki I/II in order to experience this form of energy work, and as a preparation for receiving the attunement. Class size is limited to 5 participants.

* A Special Note about Continuing your Reiki Training Classes *
If you do wish to continue beyond Reiki I/II, it is important to give yourself some time before going on to Advanced Reiki, and again, before going on to Reiki III/Master. Take the time to become used to this wonderful, new energy, to practice, both on yourself, and on others, and to receive Reiki for your own continued healing! You will be more able to assist others in their healing as you become more healed yourself!
Advanced Reiki Training Class
The Reiki Level I/II class is a prerequisite for this class. Advanced Reiki Training helps the Reiki practitioner increase their own energy and grounding with meditations. Also, several new techniques will be taught that greatly enhance the ability to work with clients, self and family members. Another attunement will be given to increase the strength of Reiki energy. A textbook and a certificate will also be received. As you prepare for this class, it is recommended that you have a series of three individual Reiki sessions, as well as attending three sessions of the monthly Reiki Support Group to support your own continued healing. Reiki III/Master Training Class
This class will enhance your ability as a practitioner, as well as give you the ability to teach Reiki, if you wish to. Reiki Level I/II and Advanced Reiki Training classes are both prerequisites for this class. A new attunement is given, and the attunement process will be taught and practiced. A textbook and certificate will be given upon completion. It is recommended that you continue receiving Reiki sessions, and attend at least six sessions of the Reiki Support Group in preparation for this class to support your own continued healing. - Meditation and reflection/journaling.
- A powerful new symbol to use to deepen healing.
- Dialogue with other Reiki Masters.
- Practice and hands-on work.
